We had a great time at TRS Yucatán. The staff there was wonderful, our butlers Ramon and Maggie made sure that we had a wonderful stay. The Booking butler, Fernanda, also made us feel special during our stay by decorating our dinner tables with rose petals for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the French restaurant (La Boheme) and the steakhouse (El Gaucho). We decided to upgrade to three days (out of the six we stayed) of premium status and would highly recommend this! It includes the Chic Cabaret show which was amazing, and lots of other perks as well.
Really the only thing we didn’t like was when we ventured away from TRS and onto the other resorts connected. They were fine, it just made it pretty clear that TRS was the nicest one there and it made us want to spend more time at our r

An excellent and relaxing stay
The property was beautiful and the amenities were great! Fernanda from Booking.com was on site and made our stay excellent through multiple accommodations she upgraded to VIP! Would definitely book again and would absolutely recommend using Booking.com
